John Holloway |

John Holloway started his career in 1976 at the National Westminster Bank, where he spent four years in the Credit Department of the International Division in the City of London. Following this, he joined the European Investment Bank in early 1980 and in over 20 years had different responsibilities in a number of EIB Lending Departments. He began working for the Loan Monitoring Department in Luxembourg and then in the EIB office in Rome. |

John is a Managing Director and heads Investment Management Europe at Capital Dynamics. He has over 20 years of private equity investment experience in Europe, the US and emerging markets. Previously, he was a senior investment manager with the West Midlands Metropolitan Authorities Pension Fund. |

Ken Landsberg |

Ken Landsberg is a Managing Director and a member of ECI's Investment Committee, based in London. Ken joined ECI in 1984. He graduated in mathematics and computer sciences from Bristol University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Past investments include Racal Acoustics, Nuaire, Tragus, Guardian IT and Highway. |

David Ascott |

David is a Partner in Grant Thornton's Corporate Finance team specialising in Private Equity. He joined Grant Thornton in 1999 and is responsible for advising management and PE firms on a range of PE backed transitions. Previously he worked with Gresham Trust where he completed 40 deals comprising a range of mid market Private Equity transactions. David has a wealth of experience of dealing with Private Equity backed companies from both an investment and advisory perspective. With 25 years experience in the field of private equity, David's recent experience has been across a broad range of sectors including Business Services and Financial Services transactions with a number of mid market Private Equity firms including ECI, August Equity, LDC, Graphite, Gresham, Barclays Private Equity and Hg Capital. |

Robert Nef |

Robert Nef is Member of the Management Team and of the Investment Committee of Swiss Re Private Equity Partners. Robert began his career in 1991 as a controller at Alcatel. In 1995 he joined Swiss Re as an Underwriter. From 2000 he worked in the Alternative Investment department as a Transaction Manager where he became a Member of the Management Team. |

Wol Kolade |

Wol joined ISIS Equity Partners in January 1993 and is Managing Partner of the business. His role encompasses overall responsibility for the strategic development of ISIS, and active involvement in investments. Wol initially trained as an engineer, having studied civil and structural engineering at Kings College, London. After obtaining an MBA from Exeter University, he spent three years with Barclays in various head office roles before joining ISIS. |

Alan is Chairman of the Investment Committee. He is responsible for the strategic direction, business development and management of Hermes GPE. He has been an investor and manager in private equity for 23 years with experience in venture, growth and buyouts in Europe, Asia and the US. He was formerly a Group Partner at 3i for over 20 years where he held diverse responsibilities, for geographies, sectors and fund mandates. |

She is a regular speaker and panelist at industry events, as well as occasional guest lecturer at business schools. Kimberly holds an MSc in Political Economy from The London School of Economics and a BSc in International Business and Economics from The College of New Jersey. |
